Scope & Planning
We assess slab thickness, reinforcement type, access routes, and proximity to utilities or active operations. Utility locates, structural constraints, and isolation cuts are carefully planned to protect adjoining areas and maintain safety.
Protection & Controls
Dust and slurry containment systems, floor and wall protection, and designated haul paths keep job sites clean and safe. We offer after-hours and phased scheduling to minimize disruption to tenants, staff, and customers.
Breaking & Load-Out
Concrete is sectioned using saw-cutting and hydraulic breakers. Rebar and mesh are separated and staged for recycling. Continuous load-out ensures corridors, docks, and work zones remain clear and operational.
Backfill & Handover
If required, we place compacted fill and rough or finish grade the area. Recycling and disposal documentation is provided, and the site is left clean, safe, and ready for the next phase of construction.
