OUR PROCESS

Decommissioning Plan & Coordination

Working closely with IT and security teams, we confirm asset disposition, isolate power and cooling systems, and maintain full chain-of-custody procedures. Projects are phased and often scheduled during nights or weekends to minimize disruption to nearby operations.

Protection & Make-Safe

We implement lockout/tagout (LOTO), hot-work permits, and fire watch where required. HEPA filtration and negative air pressure systems protect adjacent equipment zones, hallways, and occupied spaces throughout demolition activities.

Controlled demolition of tall building collapsing inward with dust and debris during professional demolition services in New Jersey.

Strip-Out & Removal

Server racks, containment systems, ladder trays, copper and fiber cabling, PDUs, CRAC/CRAH units, and raised floor systems are dismantled in a controlled sequence. Underfloor cabling, anchors, and structural supports are safely removed to prepare the site for renovation.

E-Waste, Recycling & Handover

Metals and cabling are recycled responsibly, and electronic equipment is routed to approved e-waste partners. We deliver broom-clean technical spaces and provide a concise project report outlining quantities removed and proper disposal pathways.
