Scope, LOTO & Decon Plan
We document all assets including tanks, mills, conveyors, mixers, and production systems. Lockout/tagout (LOTO) procedures are established, and decontamination steps are defined according to your EHS protocols. Access points, rigging zones, and safe exit routes are carefully mapped.
Protection & Controls
Work zones are isolated to prevent interference with active operations. Spark and hot-work permits, ventilation systems, spill kits, and environmental safeguards are prepared. Sensitive equipment and surrounding areas are shielded to minimize downtime and risk.
Dismantling & Rigging
Our demolition experts disconnect utilities, drain systems, and section equipment as required. Using forklifts, skates, dollies, and cranes, our rigging team removes heavy components while coordinating with OEM or maintenance teams for specialized machinery.
Load-Out, Waste & Handover
All metals are routed for recycling, while residues and filters are handled per regulatory guidelines. Floors are broom-clean, openings are secured, and a completion summary documents LOTO procedures, waste streams, and asset serial numbers if requested.
